Who we are CloudifyOps is a technology consulting and services company that specializes in cloud computing DevOps and digital transformation We help businesses modernize their IT infrastructure optimize cloud operations and accelerate software delivery through automation and best practices Culture at CloudifyOps Working with CloudifyOps is a rewarding experience Great people a work environment that thrives on creativity and the opportunity to take on roles beyond a defined job description are just some of the reasons you should work with us Role Overview Seeking an experienced AWS Engineer who can lead solution architecture and hands-on development for projects involving large-scale AWS infrastructure and data processing This role demands advanced technical expertise big data analytics experience and the ability to own end-to-end delivery customer engagements and technical leadership for complex cloud initiatives Responsibilities Design and architect scalable secure and cost-effective AWS-based solutions for high-volume data processing workloads Lead the end-to-end implementation and delivery lifecycle for AWS projects from requirements gathering to deployment monitoring Develop automation scripts infrastructure as code using Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources Implement robust data pipelines and ETL workflows using AWS Glue Lambdas S3 with Parquet EMR Spark clusters and associated AWS analytics services Architect AWS network setups including VPCs private links Route53 cross-account OU routing and multi-region strategies Build and manage secure high-performance APIs using API Gateway Act as a senior technical lead supporting customer-facing conversations capturing business needs translating them into technical solutions and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction Requirements Technical skill set AWS services like S3 Lambda Glue EMR Spark and advanced networking features VPC PrivateLink Route53 cross-account OU routing terraform CloudFormation API Gateway Lambda Data Storage ETL and Data Processing Data Streaming Programming Scripting Data Modeling Warehousing Data Governance Quality data base Must have requirements 5-6 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including solution design and implementation in production environments Expert knowledge in S3 Parquet data storage Lambda functions Glue jobs EMR Spark clusters AWS networking private links Route53 cross-account routing and API Gateway Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code IaC tools particularly Terraform for AWS environments Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering large-scale high-performance data platforms and analytics solutions on AWS Strong client-facing engagement skills proven ability to drive conversations at both technical and business levels Excellent communication ownership mindset and leadership capabilities able to take responsibility for e2e delivery of cloud projects Preferred Qualifications AWS Solutions Architect - Professional or equivalent certification highly desirable Experience building secure environments in regulated industries finance healthcare etc is an added advantage Prior background in big data stack Spark Hadoop ETL frameworks beneficial Soft Skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation Customer-centric and results-driven Ability to lead inspire and upskill cross-functional teams Equal opportunity employer CloudifyOps is proud to be an equal opportunity employer with a global culture that embraces diversity We are committed to providing an environment free of unfair discrimination and harassment We do not discriminate based on age race color sex religion national origin disability pregnancy marital status sexual orientation gender reassignment veteran status or other protected category
