Role Overview As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work is progressing as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete construction process, allowing you to learn practical techniques, materials, methods, and site management skills directly on the job. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and supervise daily work happening at site. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design/engineering team. - Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Track site progress and provide daily/weekly updates to the project team. - Assist in material checking, measurements, and basic documentation. - Support the project manager in planning and scheduling tasks on site. - Identify issues on site and help in resolving them promptly. What You Will Learn - Complete construction workflow—from foundations to finishing. - Practical knowledge of materials, workmanship, and execution methods. - Reading and understanding architectural and structural drawings. - Vendor coordination and site management skills. - Quality control techniques used in real-time construction.
