Key job responsibilities Drive end-to-end program management for consumer experience initiatives from conception to global launch Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative shopping solutions Create and track comprehensive success metrics to measure program effectiveness Design scalable processes and frameworks for global implementation Build strategic relationships across business, technology, and operations teams A day in the life Your day will be dynamic and impactful, spanning global teams and cutting-edge projects. About the team We are the Everyday Essentials team - a passionate group of problem-solvers dedicated to reimagining customer shopping experiences. Our team thrives on innovation, data-driven insights, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. We believe in creating solutions that make daily life easier and more convenient.- 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
