About the Role

We are looking for part-time Listeners to join our team. As a Listener, your role will be to engage in meaningful conversations with users through our application, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication and want to contribute positively to a growing community platform.

Responsibilities

- Engage in professional one-on-one conversations with users on the app.
- Listen actively and provide empathetic, respectful responses.
- Uphold the platform's community standards and guidelines.
- Commit to a minimum of 2 hours of availability per day (flexible timing).

- Ability to connect with people and hold meaningful conversations.
