Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software and technology solutions with a passion for client engagement lead generation and closing business deals Key Responsibilities - Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and build a strong pipeline - Pitch products services effectively over the phone to prospective clients - Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions to drive sales - Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and close sales - Update CRM database regularly with customer details and interaction history - Meet daily weekly monthly lead generation and sales targets - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support - Participate in sales training meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve performance Required Skills - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or related field MBA preferred - 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales preferably in software services SAS SaaS or custom development - Strong understanding of IT products and solutions - Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to travel locally as required ref updazz com
