We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Territory Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategy development, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires expertise in market analysis, client relationship management, and team development, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Development
- Oversee and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance and performance-driven coaching.
- Conduct training programs to enhance the sales capabilities of team members.
- Foster a high-performance culture that encourages motivation, accountability, and success.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and devise action plans to capitalize on them.
- Monitor sales activities, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis & Lead Generation
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring the team efficiently follows up on potential clients.
- Implement data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and team performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and key insights to senior management.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address underperformance.
6. Deal Negotiation & Closing
- Assist in high-value negotiations and closing major transactions.
- Provide expertise and support to the sales team during critical deal-making processes.
- Ensure contracts and agreements are structured to protect both client and company interests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales & B2C Sales, with at least 2+ years in a Managerial Role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience working with CRM software and sales performance analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry regulations, and best practices.
CTC Bracket: ₹6L - ₹11L (depending on experience and current CTC)
