Inviting applications for the role of Senior Process Associate, MDM (Vendor/Supplier Master)
In this role, you will be reporting to the manager of MDM. The Data Analyst will be working with a cross functional team and will maintain, analyse, execute requests with utmost quality with eye for details with good experience in SAP MDM- Vendor/Supplier Master

Responsibilities
.Create / Modify Vendor/Supplier master record as per the request received following the defined procedures.
.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of Vendor /Supplier master data records.
.Regularly update Vendor/Supplier information based on business requirements.
.Perform Vendor/Supplier master data validation tasks as and when required.
.Dispatch and track supplier documents (terms and conditions, master data sheets, etc.)
.Adhere to data governance policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
.Evaluate the context of each onboarding and change case and respond appropriately, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external requirements.
.Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables (processes)
.Ensure timely and accurate update of Vendor/Supplier master data records. Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time, every-time. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change. (timeliness)
.Maintain Vendor/Supplier Master data in SAP as per business input and SOP
.Highlight and take appropriate help from the Lead on SOP deviations or issues
.Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue
.Participate in idea generation and improvement activities
.Good knowledge of governing policies around Vendor/Supplier data as per the area of work
.Ensure all Data Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met
.Ensure that the company's master data business rules, policies and procedures are adhered to
.Identifies areas for data quality and process improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Experience - Relevant Years of Experience
.Relevant years in SAP Master data for Vendor/Supplier master
.Good working Knowledge with Hands on SAP S4 HANA/ECC, Informatica, Velocity, MDG, Ariba, Salesforce
.Retail Merchandising & BWS Category can be added advantage
.Education: Bachelor's degree
.Flexible with Shift Time.
.Should have good knowledge of Vendor/Supplier data requirements
