- In this role, you will be reporting to the manager of MDM. The Data Analyst will be working with a cross functional team and will maintain, analyse, execute requests with utmost quality with eye for details with good experience in SAP MDM- Vendor/Supplier Master_
- Responsibilities_
- _Create / Modify Vendor/Supplier master record as per the request received following the defined procedures._
- _Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of Vendor /Supplier master data records._
- _Regularly update Vendor/Supplier information based on business requirements._
- _Perform Vendor/Supplier master data validation tasks as and when required._
- _Dispatch and track supplier documents (terms and conditions, master data sheets, etc.)_
- _Adhere to data governance policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards._
- _Evaluate the context of each onboarding and change case and respond appropriately, ensuring alignment with both internal policies and external requirements._
- _Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all deliverables (processes)_
- _Ensure timely and accurate update of Vendor/Supplier master data records. Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time, every-time. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change. (timeliness)_
- _Maintain Vendor/Supplier Master data in SAP as per business input and SOP_
- _Highlight and take appropriate help from the Lead on SOP deviations or issues_
- _Raise incident tickets to the relevant helpdesks when there is an issue_
- _Participate in idea generation and improvement activities_
- _Good knowledge of governing policies around Vendor/Supplier data as per the area of work_
- _Ensure all Data Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met_
- _Ensure that the company’s master data business rules, policies and procedures are adhered to_
- _Identifies areas for data quality and process improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Experience - Relevant Years of Experience_
- _Relevant years in SAP Master data for Vendor/Supplier master_
- _Good working Knowledge with Hands on SAP S4 HANA/ECC, Informatica, Velocity, MDG, Ariba, Salesforce_
- _Retail Merchandising & BWS Category can be added advantage_
- _Education: Bachelor’s degree_
- _Flexible with Shift Time._
- _Should have good knowledge of Vendor/Supplier data requirements_
