retains nearly 1000 full-time professionals and our annual growth rate exceeds 25 We are seeking a Project Manager who will be able to leverage agile methods to increase results accelerate goal achievement reduce expenses and deliver more project benefits The role will be a key management and coordination point ensuring business and security requirements are accurately captured dependencies are met and solutions are efficiently and effectively delivered and adopted across the enterprise This resource will report to the Access and Identity Management team The role requires working from the office 4 days per week Office location Gurgaon India Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams on various projects both using Agile and Hybrid methods Actively remove or facilitate the removal of impediments that block the progress of program or product delivery Support and educate the Product Owner and their teams to ensure a healthy Product Backlog Partner and collaborate with internal teams stakeholders vendors and dependent teams Lead increment planning sessions to establish scope and build release plans Manage and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product releases Teams may be globally dispersed Champion and foster project change management processes and procedures Foster team accountability while ensuring the continual flow of high-quality value from the Release Ensure that projects follow standard operating policies procedures and best practices Assist in coaching leaders and scrum masters in lean or agile practices Exhibits a goal-driven aptitude to take on stretch goals and contribute towards firmwide Agile Transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement skills a pragmatic approach and confidence to deliver projects in an environment undergoing significant transformation Creativity in problem-solving and communicating Self-motivated work ethic facilitation and managing activities throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle Pays attention to team needs and pivots his her approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value Qualifications 5 years leading large-scale transformation programs involving business process and change organization change and multiple large-scale technology components and leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework SAFe Experience leading Information Technology and Cyber Security projects Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization Experience in business analysis software solution development Project Program Management and Delivery Innovative self-starter with a passion to help teams use creativity to solve problems Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment Very strong understanding of the IT and system development life cycle Excellent verbal written communication and presentation skills APM or PMI Certified or Certified Scrum Master CSM or Certified Scrum
