Job Summary: White Mountain Techsoft is seeking passionate and skilled English Teachers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with curriculum objectives. Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and interactive sessions. Provide individual attention and feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Create a supportive and motivating classroom atmosphere. Integrate technology and digital tools to make lessons more engaging. Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic planning activities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as an English Teacher or Language Trainer (school, college, or corporate setting). Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
