Job Description Job Title VP/ SVP- IT Infrastructure and Information Security related Sourcing Job Description - The position is part of the Strategic Procurement Unit will support Pan India sourcing of IT hardware, software and associated services for IT infrastructure & information security related products and services including licenses, applications, cloud services and related services - Role requires strong collaboration with the key stakeholders in IT and Business unit to understand their requirement, recommend right sourcing strategy, identify suitable vendors, float enquiry / RFP/ Tender, conduct negotiations and finalise rate contract. - Identify opportunities and work on innovative solution to optimize the TCO for each spend categories - Research the vendor market to gain good knowledge and understanding and explore alternate solutions - Interact with the internal customers and work closely with them to identify areas of improvement - Develops relationships with key / critical external partners in accordance with the organizational policies to ensure desired benefits, innovation and risk management is met - Support the discussion on contractual terms and finalization of various agreements related to the product and services sourced in consultation with the Business, Legal and other stakeholder teams Key Skills - Person should have relevant experience of 14+ years in the IT sourcing domain, with atleast 3 years in a similar role - Person should have strong understanding about the commercial terms and vendor eco-system for relevant category - Engineer/ Postgraduate with professional course in Supply Management will be preferred. - Should have strong experience in managing stakeholders - Prior experience in Strategic Sourcing: Designing and conducting RFP, RFI, RFQ, Reverse Auction preferably in tools like Ariba - Prior experience is driving cost management initiatives and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation - Prior experience in Supplier development, Spend Analytics, Market Analysis, Value Engineering and Contract management - Previous experience of sourcing for similar categories in/for Banking industry is highly desirable - Process oriented with excellent communication, influencing, collaboration and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage ambiguity and ambiguous situations Reporting Position will report to Head IT Sourcing
