Job Summary

1. The E-commerce Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the online product assortment, launching new jewellery collections on the website, and ensuring optimal product presentation. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and experience in eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Launches: Manage the end-to-end process of uploading jewellery collections, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO optimization.
2. Website Merchandising: Ensure accurate product categorization, high-quality imagery, and engaging content to enhance user experience and conversions.
3. Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory and operations team to ensure stock availability and prevent out-of-stock issues.
4. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales trends, analyze product performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
5. Promotional Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns effectively.
6. SEO & Content Optimization: Ensure product listings are SEO-friendly, with keyword-rich descriptions and metadata for better search rankings.
7. Quality Control: Regularly audit the website to maintain product accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
8. Competitor Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to optimize the online merchandising approach.

Requirements

1. Experience: 2+ years in eCommerce merchandising, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
4. Attention to Detail: Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for aesthetics and accuracy.
5. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales data and optimize listings for better performance.
6. Collaboration: Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
