The Commercial Lead will oversee all aspects of export-import documentation, shipment coordination, and compliance. The role involves managing interactions with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth clearance of shipments, and handling government incentives and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Complete and execute export-import documents. Prepare and verify export invoices, advising on HS and DBK codes and required certificates.Coordination: Work with LSP, VLL, Encse Export, and Merchandising teams for accurate export invoices and smooth shipment processes.Liaison: Coordinate with CHA, forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and government agencies to ensure smooth clearance of EOU, DTA-LSP, VLL, and Encse shipments across India (excluding Jaipur airport).Logistics: Arrange import shipments globally as per the purchase/merchandising team requirements, ensuring low freight costs and timely delivery.Incentives & Compliance: Manage government incentives (Duty Drawback, RODTEP, ROSCTL), IGST for DTA, VLL, and Encse. Ensure compliance with Indian Customs rules for EOU and DTA shipments.Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS for import shipments, duty drawbacks, RODTEP, ROSCTL, domestic sales, job work, and IGST. Handle E-BRC for DTA and VLL shipments and submit post-shipment documents to the bank and accounts team.Export Preparation: Arrange GSP for export shipments to countries like Japan and Russia. Advise China shipping team and VGL Export team for invoicing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.Proven experience in export-import documentation and logistics management.Knowledge of Indian Customs rules and government incentives.
