Job Description

Were hiring a Sales Manager (Enterprise SaaS) at Konverz.ai (Gurugram) to drive new client acquisition across India & SEA

What youll do

- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from lead gen to closure.
- Deliver high-impact demos & proposals to CHROs/HR leaders.
- Develop account plans & territory strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Respond to RFPs, lead negotiations, and close deals.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales & CS for seamless delivery.
- Act as backup to Sales Lead for large enterprise accounts.

What were looking for

- 45 yrs in Enterprise SaaS / HR Tech sales.
- Proven record of solution-based selling to CHROs/VP HR.
- Strong network with HR leaders in India/SEA.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.
- Reporting to Sales Head (Associate Director)
