Job Description Description We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams. - Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
