Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Full Stack Engg. Manager who will be responsible for building and supporting our CRM Platform. Our CRM Platform (Surefire), helps thousands of mortgage professionals win new business, drive repeat business and earn more business relationships. As a Full Stack Engg. Manager, you will be working in a dynamic product development team while collaborating with other technical team members, management, and customer support teams. You will have an opportunity to participate in managing teams AND designing & developing services utilized across product lines. The candidate would be responsible for technical deliveries and team management.

Responsibilities

The Full Stack Engg. Manager acts as a technical person to facilitate, design and develop robust, best in class software for the ICE Products. This role will come with solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as: AWS/GCP infrastructure services, node.JS, React, .NET, C#, REST, JSON, XML, HTML / HTML5, CSS, NoSQL databases, relational databases etc. As a Sr. Full Stack engineer you will play an integral role in ensuring that ICE designs, implements, and maintains secure coding practices to the highest security standards. In addition, this role includes responsibilities for:

- Provide leadership to the team daily through various processes, fostering cross teams and internal collaboration.
- Provide the technical guidance to the team to build scalable services and applications optimized for the best customer experience, with scale, performance, security, and availability considerations.
- Lead effort to requirement, design, architect and write software components.
- Able to report the status and quality of team deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize applications and processes.
- Support diagnosis of complex developmental & operational problems and improvements.
- Support the team members engagement and career development.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and business partners for product delivery and its improvements.
- Follow company software development processes and standards.
- Unblock the team members from technical and solutioning perspective.
- Provide required support and assistance for production outage.
- Support the hiring needs for the team.

Knowledge And Experience

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Team attitude/culture and desire to develop 1st class applications
- 10 - 14 years of software product development experience.
- Experience in building and managing development teams with multiple technologies.
- Experience in design and development with UI, Backend and DBs is must.
- Has experience of least one more other language like NodeJS, Express JS, React JS/AngularJS, NoSQL databases, Mongo DB and relational databases
- Experience in enterprise web-based application technologies and corresponding protocols.
- Experience with at least one public cloud AWS, GCP, Azure (AWS preferred) and Exposure to serverless.
- Solid understanding of security concerns for web-based applications
- Good understanding of REST architectural style, Microservices concepts and technologies.
- Proficiency in the different development, integration and QA tools.
- Strong experience with database concepts (Relational and non-relational)
- Good to have exposure other tools and technologies: Docker, Pipeline, Terraform, Queuing, Caching
- Able to contribute on above mentioned technologies when needed.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and adapting to complex and fast-moving environments
