Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Developer with basic knowledge of any CCaaS (preferably Genesys) and technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications that integrate with Genesys platforms. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality software solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • 5+ years professional software development experience in developing large scale, mission critical and high availability enterprise level web applications.
  • Full Stack Development: Design, implement, and maintain both front-end and back-end features for cloud-based applications that integrate with Genesys platforms and AWS cloud services.
  • Genesys Integration: Integrate Genesys Cloud with custom applications and services using APIs, ensuring optimized performance and customer experience.
  • AWS Cloud Services: Leverage AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and others for application hosting, data storage, serverless computing, and deployment of scalable solutions.
  • API Development & Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect Genesys Cloud and other systems, ensuring secure and efficient communication across various services and platforms.
  • UI/UX Development: Build dynamic, user-friendly front-end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ) that integrate with Genesys communication channels (voice, chat, etc.).
  • Database Design & Management: Manage both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases, ensuring they work seamlessly with Genesys and AWS-backed applications.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD): Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in AWS using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or other tools to automate code deployments and testing.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues across the tech stack, ensuring smoothly running of Services.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Expertise in back-end technologies like , Java, C#, Python, and frameworks such as , Spring Boot, or ASP.NET.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • AWS Cloud Services: Comprehensive understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Cognito for scalable, serverless applications.
  • Full Stack Development: Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and languages including React, , JavaScript, Java, Python, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Agile and DevOps: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience using DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Terraform, and Docker.
  • Able to undertake requirements capture and playback of solutions based on business requirements.
  • Supporting complex and varied technology issues.
  • Highly focused customer service approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical people.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities to tight deadlines.
