Job Description Key Role Deliverables - Will be responsible for forming strategies and methods specific to driving the inside Sales ( Digital Sales ) and next three years growth plan - Will be responsible to driving his team to ensure that all of team members meet inside Sales Quota on regular intervals and able to qualify for incentive programs. Will be responsible to ensure that all the team members managed by him/her team are highly motivated. - Will be responsible for setting-up framework for developing and optimizing outcome, setting new methods and improve market share for Inside sales - Will be responsible for driving Sales agenda to ensure that the KPIs are fulfilled in time. - Work with Marketing team to set up digital sales engine handling MQL & SQL sales aspects - Drive digital Marketing initiative to enhance lead generation - Will be responsible to manage and drive Writer Application offering such as BPO & BPS Data Warehousing, Enterprise Content Mgmt , ERP services , IMS & Cloud business specific deliverables and have cross functional expertise - Competency Assessment and Capability creation at the team level - Sales experience handling inside sales is must Right Person (Qualification & Experience) - B. Tech / Postgraduate with a major in Sales /Marketing Management - Total Experience: 10 Years in sales business development - 5+ Years of experience as a Team Lead/Business Unit head in Cloud, Services & SaaS - Must have considerable Business, Market & Network/SaaS/Cloud Knowledge- India Business Region - Knowledge of Techno-commercial technical understanding and Solution Consulting of Sizing/planning/prerequisites for specific products - Has Execution excellence, Internal Stakeholder Management Skills, People Leadership, Assertiveness, Business Acumen, Coaching Skills - Excellent Relationship with key CIO/CTO in the respective region- India Business & other Geo Region. Personal Attributes - Communicates effectively with cultures around geographies. - Withstand pressure and contributes as a team player - Target oriented
