Job Description Role Summary: - Solution Design & Development Design and develop data models usingSAP BW on HANA, includingAdvanced DataStore Objects (ADSOs),composite providers, andinfo objects. - Build and optimizeSAP Datasphere-based data solutions to serve as the central EDW for reporting and analytics. - DevelopSAP BO dashboardsandSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)solutions, including SAC Planning for predictive insights. - Data Integration & OptimizationImplement and optimizeETL processesfor seamless data flow between SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, and external systems. - Ensure high performance of data pipelines by leveragingHANA native SQLand advanced scripting. - Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools such asSAP BO Web Intelligence (WebI),Lumira,Analysis for Office, andSAP SAC. - Implement predictive analytics models and planning solutions usingSAP Analytics CloudandDatasphere. - Data Governance & Best PracticesEnsure data consistency and quality across SAP and non-SAP systems by adhering todata governanceprinciples. - Perform performance tuning for data models and reporting layers to enhance efficiency and user experience. - Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with business and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide training and support to end users for SAP BI tools and functionalities. SkillSet / Responsibilities Core Must-Have Skills: - Proficiency indata modelingusing ADSOs, composite providers, info objects, and transformations. - Expertise in managingHANA-optimized data flowsand utilizingHANA calculation views. - Hands-on experience with data modelling, integration, and creating a central EDW usingDatasphere. - SAP BO & SACProficiency inSAP BO toolslike Lumira, WebI, andAnalysis for Office. - Advanced knowledge ofSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including SAC Planning. - Advanced skills inSQL,ABAP for BW, and scripting for ETL processes. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience in predictive analytics usingSAP Analytics Cloudfor forecasting and simulations. - HANA native development Integration expertise withnon-SAP data sourcesfor consolidated reporting. Market Standard Expectations - SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA Certification. - SAC or Datasphere certification is an added advantage. Cross-Integration Expertise: - Experience in integrating external systems and tools withSAP BW on HANAandDatasphere. - Familiarity with hybrid cloud solutions and multi-system landscapes. - Understanding ofAI/ML capabilitiesin SAP Analytics Cloud. Exposure toIoT-driven data insightsor similar innovations.
