Job Description:

Happiest Minds is seeking a dynamic and experienced Module Lead - Technical to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies and data management solutions. You will play a key role in leading the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design and development of modules in projects, focusing on best practices and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Oversee the ETL processes, ensuring efficient data integration and management.
  • Work with Azure Data Lake, implementing data storage and processing strategies.
  • Ensure ADFS configurations for security and authentication within applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to promote code quality and performance.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of experience in technical roles focused on data solutions.
  • Strong expertise in ADFS, Azure Data Lake, and ETL processes.
  • Proficient in Azure cloud technologies and services.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
