Job Profile - Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in Outdoor Catering Sales - Good communication skills in Hindi and English - Excellent personality - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent customer service and relationship management Job Description Sales & Business Development: - Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wedding markets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Conduct sales calls, site visits, and networking activities to generate leads. - Prepare and present catering proposals and contracts. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. Event Coordination & Execution: - Work with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations. - Coordinate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. - Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and client satisfaction. - Address and resolve any issues that arise during events. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and contracts. - Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Work within budget guidelines to maximize profitability.
