Job Title: Senior Technical Architect

Job Location: Bangalore, India

HiLabs is looking for highly motivated Technical Architects, Tech Leads & Sr. SDEs focused on the application of emerging technologies, who should continually strive to advance engineering excellence and technology innovation. Responsibilities

- Cloud Architecture Design: Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- AWS/GCP Expertise: Leverage advanced knowledge of AWS and/or GCP services to guide the optimal deployment of cloud resources tailored for healthcare applications.
- Team Leadership and Growth: Lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic cloud architecture team by fostering collaboration, skill development, and a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with software developers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions across the organization.
- Security and Compliance: Champion the implementation of security best practices and ensure strict adherence to healthcare data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Cost Optimization: Drive efficient use of cloud resources to balance performance with cost-effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices, integrating these insights to enhance cloud architecture and team capabilities

Desired Profile

- Engineering graduate from a renowned and accredited engineering college or university
- 8 to 12 years of experience in developing JAVA/J2EE/Spring based applications
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and principles
- Expertise in Spring-Boot & Spring stacks
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, RESTful API design and development
- Good understanding of large system architecture and design
- Experience working with React, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, and Bootstrap frameworks
- Understanding of Big Data technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of the AWS cloud environment is a plus
- Experience using Version Control tools such as Bitbucket/GIT code repository
- Experience using Tools like Maven/Jenkins, JIRA
- Experience working in an Agile software delivery environment, with exposure to continuous integration and continuous delivery tools
- Passionate about technology and delivering solutions to solve complex business problems
- Great collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with team members and lead by example in code, feature development, and knowledge sharing

- Good to have - Minimum 2 years experience in team management
