Current Employees: 1400+ Website : About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our technology leadership team.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in software architecture, distributed systems, and strong expertise in multi-cloud, hybrid, and multi-region deployments.
This role will be pivotal in driving the architectural direction, technology roadmap, and adoption of best practices across our cloud and hybrid platforms and services.
Key Responsibilities: Design and evolve robust, secure, and scalable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP .
Develop technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints aligned with business goals.
Define and enforce architecture standards , patterns, and best practices for distributed systems.
Participate in and support regulatory audits by providing architectural documentation, security design, and compliance evidence.
Lead architecture reviews and provide expert technical guidance to development and operations teams.
Architect end-to-end security frameworks integrating zero-trust , identity, access control, and data protection.
Conduct threat modelling , security reviews, and ensure compliance with security policies.
Optimize cloud cost efficiency through architectural strategies, resource planning, and auto-scaling mechanisms.
Design and implement disaster recovery , backup , and business continuity strategies.
Develop scalable microservices architectures with strong service boundaries and event-driven communication patterns.
Define and guide the adoption of Dev Ops and Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) practices using tools such as Terraform , Cloud Formation , and Ansible .
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business, security, and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications: 14+ years of experience in software architecture and system design .
Proven expertise in multi-cloud deployments ( AWS, Azure, GCP ) and hybrid architectures (including on-prim or traditional data centres).
Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift) and service mesh technologies.
Hands-on coding experience in Java, Python and similar languages.
Strong knowledge of SQL , No SQL , and New SQL databases and data modelling patterns.
Experience with event-driven architectures , including message queues, event streaming, and pub/sub.
In-depth understanding of networking , cloud security , cloud storage, encryption , and key management .
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus , Grafana , and the ELK Stack .
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments .
Relevant certifications such as: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google Professional Cloud Architect
