Bangalore - Area Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Executive

1 Sales and Business Development o Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers in the Bangalore region o Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers architects builders contractors etc to promote products or services related to specific projects o Present company products and solutions effectively to potential clients o Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits o Achieve sales targets and objectives within designated timelines 2 Project Management o Coordinate with internal teams engineering production logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation of products or services o Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively 3 Market Research and Strategy o Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential new markets o Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base in Bangalore 4 Customer Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships o Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner 5 Reporting and Documentation o Prepare reports on sales activities revenue and expenses o Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information using CRM software Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role preferably in the construction real estate or building materials industry Strong sales negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Knowledge of project management principles is advantageous Location Bangalore Karnataka
