By prioritizing sustainability and innovation, GF continues to set industry benchmarks and drive positive change.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in either Delhi or Bangalore depending on candidate's location / preference. In this position, the Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to generate revenue and drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with overall company objectives and provide market insights to identify trends and opportunities. The responsibilities also include:Achieving sales target in the allocated region as per the agreed budget for the year, contributing to the growth and achievement of segment target.Follow 4DX Philosophy for achieving Budget.Regularly track and develop new clients for increasing customer base/projects for the product range in allocated segment and in the developing markets.Responsible for entire pre-sales activities and liaising with internal sales & commercial departments for effective execution of sales orders.Actively monitor accounts receivables to make it zero. Actively monitor stock provision and to make it zero. C Form Recovery in coordination with Finance Department.Develop channel partners & key accounts in the allocated region to achieve sales targets.Monitor competitors’ activities in the region and accordingly bring in changes wherever needed for +GF+ product range.CRM and 4DX Management.Qualifications and competencies requiredBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering5 to 8 years’ relevant experience Experience in promoting high end building materials is mandatory & exposure to plumbing solution will be an added advantageStrategic planning & implementation Business development, business negotiations and customer relationship managementFinancial Management
