Key Responsibilities🎯:
- Actively engage in the sales process
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values etc.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are met.
Qualification💎:
- Graduation/Bachelor's degree.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Possesses strong knowledge of sales principles & practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
