Business Development executive Market Research Conduct market research to identify potential clients industry trends and emerging technologies in the machine or automation sector Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop a strategic understanding of the industry Client Identification and Acquisition Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from the company s machine or automation solutions Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly Sales and Revenue Generation Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting machine or automation products services to potential clients Product Knowledge Stay informed about the latest developments in machine and automation technologies Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company s products services to clients Strategic Planning Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term business development strategies aligned with company goals Provide input on product development and enhancements based on market feedback Contract Negotiation Negotiate terms and conditions with clients ensuring mutually beneficial agreements Review and finalize contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Networking Attend industry conferences trade shows and networking events to promote the company and establish connections Represent the company in a professional manner to enhance its reputation in the industry Data Analysis Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators KPIs and measure the success of business development strategies Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with other departments such as marketing finance and operations to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business development Schedule Day shift 10am-6pm Education Bachelor s Preferred MBA Preferred Language English Hindi Preferred Location Ecotech III Greater Noida UP Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Hindi Preferred Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 758 51 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
