We’re Hiring: Appointment Setter (Full-Time, Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere)
Hours: Monday–Saturday | 10 AM – 8 PM IST (48 hours/week, flexible timings)
Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month + Performance-Based Commission
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Appointment Setter who can generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and set appointments with potential clients for our premium fitness & health coaching programs.
Your mission? To drive new business by engaging prospects, qualifying them, and scheduling discovery calls for the closers — directly contributing to revenue growth for both clients and the company.
This is a results-driven role where your impact is measurable and directly tied to revenue generation.

But here’s the truth:
Leads don’t close themselves. Prospects need guidance to connect with our experts. Appointment Setters create the pipeline that drives success.
We need someone who can efficiently manage outreach, coordinate calendars, and follow up to maximize show-up rates and conversions.

What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day Superpowers)
Generate & Qualify Leads
- Engage with prospects via Instagram and LinkedIn DMs.
- Conduct discovery/triage calls and qualify leads for closers.
- Reconnect and convert prospects who didn’t close initially through follow-ups.
Manage Closer Calendar & Coordination
- Schedule discovery calls and maintain high show-up rates.
- Coordinate with prospects and closers to ensure smooth call flow.
Track & Execute Daily Tasks
- Participate in morning huddles via Zoom at 10 AM, Monday–Saturday.
- Submit End-of-Day reports detailing your progress.
- Keep projections, tracking sheets, and the CRM updated daily.
Outcomes & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue Targets: Generate ₹30,00,000 in new business pipeline monthly (minimum).
- Call Volume: Minimum 12 calls per month (3 calls per week) via organic and outbound marketing.
- Closing Ratio: Maintain at least 50% conversion on discovery/triage calls.

Compensation & Career Growth
Base Salary:
- ₹15,000/month during 1-month probation
- ₹20,000/month once permanent
Commission:
- 4% per outbound sale (e.g., ₹4,000 for ₹1,00,000 ticket)
- 2% per inbound sale (e.g., ₹2,000 for ₹1,00,000 ticket)
Expected Earnings:
- Example: Out of 12 outbound prospects, if 4 close for ₹2.5L each → ₹40,000
- Example: Out of 30 inbound prospects, if 9 close for ₹2.5L each → ₹45,000
- Base + commissions = ₹1,05,000/month minimum (~₹12,60,000 annually)
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Full-time, remote | 48 hours/week
- Flexible working hours, with open calendar slots to achieve call volume targets
- Available via WhatsApp & Slack between 10 AM–8 PM IST
Growth Path:
- Appointment Setter → High-Ticket Closer → Senior Sales Rep
- Potential to earn ₹3L/month and take on higher responsibility managing closing processes
