(Urgent) Infrastructure Operations Admin 2

Overview This role is responsible for maintaining network solutions and assisting with implementing monitoring configuring troubleshooting and maintaining the IT Infrastructure What you will be doing Respond to requests related to systems and resolve reported network issues Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with oversight from team members apply basic best practice knowledge in problem resolution Contribute to projects involving installations upgrades and modernization of servers and systems Assist with audits of servers and environment to ensure compliance with established standards policies and configuration guidelines Provide support for Infrastructure systems such as server maintenance storage networking database administration network security messaging directory services server virtualization monitoring etc Compose internal documentation with oversight from team members that reflects processes and system configuration Establishes networking environment by implementing system configuration documenting and enforcing system standards Secures network system by enforcing procedures with minimal oversight from other team members Implement and maintain recovery procedures for systems with oversight from other team members Monitor systems for anomalies and disruptions and respond accordingly with minimal oversight from team members Gathers information for audits of network devices to ensure compliance with established standards policies and configuration guidelines Provide input for innovative and assist in implementation of effective and successful changes to processes or technology What will make you successful About 2-3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or Infrastructure Administrator Good experience in systems administration Good experience with Windows McOS Operating systems Experience with virtualization technology Knowledge of Dell IBM Cisco and or HP server hardware Experience with Microsoft Windows network environments including Microsoft Active Directory Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact Good organizational multi-tasking and time management skills Good critical thinking and problem solving skills Driven to learn and stay current with technology Ability to work outside of normal business hours evenings weekends etc - on call rotations every 6 months for 2 weeks Sharp fast learner with technology curiosity and aptitude Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment Knowledge in route switch and firewall technologies Knowledge in load balancing technologies Knowledge in Microsoft products Experience with Copilot Tools technologies we work with on a daily basis Network RoyalTS - I do MOST everything in here Things that I can t do in here I do in a Web Browser WinSCP to access Ansible for Certificate Renewals Notepad Visio Network Diagram Excel Tracking items such as certificates Network Password Manager Confluence Documentation LAN Sweeper Palo Alto Firewalls Accessed through Panorama Cisco Phone Servers Mainly to update Tech Support On-Call rotation and a few various troublehsooting things RingCentral Switches Aruba Controllers vCenter Split DNS Azure and Windows on Prem IPAM IP Management Entrust On Prem Certificate Authorities Ansible Load Balancers Pulse Ivanti Appliances Client Services ECM McAfee JAMF JAMF Protect JAMF Threat Defense ABM Patch My PC Recast RCT WSUS SSRS PowerShell Network Password Manager LanSweeper vSphere mRemoteNG Excel InTune Defender Bitlocker Azure Line of Business Applications RoyalTS Manage Engine Exchange On-prem and Online Azure Powershell Proofpoint Zoom Slack OnTV M365 Admin Center Sharepoint Compute R D vSphere LAPS IPAM PagerDuty GParted Notepad GS RichCopy 360 CXSuite Active Directory Last Pass Powershell Azure MS Office Putty Royal TS SQL Server SSMS SQL Developer for Oracle Oracle Database Response Codes HUB Lansweeper NetApp ONTAP Cisco UCS Manager Cyber Security Rapid7 Security Scorecard Bitsight Cyberark
