Maintain and update office records, files, attendance, and asset registers.Manage inventories related to feed production operations.Handle material inward, stock maintenance, and dispatch coordination.Perform daily stock verification and reporting.Reconcile and report weekly/monthly stock to management.Verify bills, invoices, and follow up on payments.Prepare purchase and sales reports.Coordinate with production and procurement for inventory tracking.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company accounting policies.Handle day-to-day accounting and inventory entries.Support internal and external audits with documentation.Prepare basic financial statements and cost analysis reports as needed.Required Skills & Competencies 1. Core Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of basic office administration processes and document handling. 2. Personal Attributes Highly proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
