Detailed JD As a HR Data Analyst Intern in our Culture, OD and DEIB team, you will be supporting in transforming data to decisions that influence HR strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Gather HR-related data from various sources, including HRMS, surveys, and external benchmarks. - Liaise with various entities for data inputs and data validation - Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies - Highlight data trends and incongruities wherever necessary - Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to track the performance of HR programs and initiatives. - Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the team through MS Excel & MS PowerPoint - Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights - Maintain a repository of the files with various version controls Knowledge & Skills - Must be well versed with Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint - Should have good communication and analytical skills - A basic understanding of HR processes is desirable Qualifications Post Graduate or Graduate in any stream
