Detailed JDAs a HR Data Analyst Intern in our Culture, OD and DEIB team, you will be supporting in transforming data to decisions that influence HR strategies and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Gather HR-related data from various sources, including HRMS, surveys, and external benchmarks.- Liaise with various entities for data inputs and data validation- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies- Highlight data trends and incongruities wherever necessary- Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to track the performance of HR programs and initiatives.- Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the team through MS Excel & MS PowerPoint- Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights- Maintain a repository of the files with various version controlsKnowledge & Skills- Must be well versed with Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint- Should have good communication and analytical skills- A basic understanding of HR processes is desirableQualificationsPost Graduate or Graduate in any stream
