Key Responsibilities:Gather HR-related data from various sources, including HRMS, surveys, and external benchmarks.Liaise with various entities for data inputs and data validationAnalyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Highlight data trends and incongruities wherever necessaryDevelop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to track the performance of HR programs and initiatives.Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the team through MS Excel & MS PowerPointTranslate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insightsMaintain a repository of the files with various version controlsKnowledge & SkillsMust be well versed with Ms Excel & Ms PowerPointShould have good communication and analytical skills A basic understanding of HR processes is desirableQualificationsPost Graduate or Graduate in any stream
