Job Description

Job Title: Implementation Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 7+ Years

Overview:

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of our products and solutions. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and technical success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement service desk architectures and logging frameworks.
- Evaluate, integrate, and deploy monitoring and event management tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps, product, and support teams for smooth delivery.
- Document solutions and promote best practices.
- Conduct client workshops and technical training sessions.

Requirements:

Experience with tools like ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, Zoho, etc.

Strong in dashboarding tools: PowerBI, Tableau, JasperBI.

Familiarity with on-premise & cloud deployments.

Understanding of network architectures (DMZ, secure zones) and ITIL processes.

ITIL certification preferred.

Strong Linux/Windows/Networking knowledge.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
