Full time graduation from an accredited university Mandatory- Note This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered Bachelor s degree in engineering in any one of Business Administration Information Technology Total experience required 7-10 Years Strong learning agility and willingness to learn new systems and business processes Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience in code optimization enforcing coding standards and improving application performance Strong communication skills with experience in training and mentoring Ability to document technical and architectural decisions effectively PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master s degree in engineering in any one of Business Administration Information Technology Ability to lead discovery sessions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders Proficient in data analysis KPIs and translating data into actionable insights
