Business Analyst (LMS/LOS) Key Responsibilities:- Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).- Design wireframes, UML diagrams, and workflow processes to illustrate business processes and system interactions clearly.- Work closely with development teams to support API integrations and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.- Analyze, interpret, and validate requirements to align with business goals and compliance standards in the BFSI sector.- Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions as per documented requirements.- Maintain clear documentation and communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.Mandatory Skills and Experience:- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI domain, preferably within Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or Insurance.- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, and SRS documents.- Proficiency in creating wireframes, UML diagrams, and workflow documentation.- Experience working with XML and API integration processes.- Sound knowledge of BFSI business processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance.- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Immediate availability or notice period up to 7 days.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related areas are a plus.- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
