The Apex Group was established in Bermuda in 2003 and is now one of the worlds largest fund administration and middle office solutions providers Our business is unique in its ability to reach globally service locally and provide cross-jurisdictional services With our clients at the heart of everything we do our hard-working team has successfully delivered on an unprecedented growth and transformation journey and we are now represented by over circa 13 000 employees across 112 offices worldwide Your career with us should reflect your energy and passion Thats why at Apex Group we will do more than simply xe2x80x98empower you We will work to supercharge your unique skills and experience Take the lead and well give you the support you need to be at the top of your game And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold industry-changing realities For our business for clients and for youJob Specification Actively participate in the review of the financing Agreements and in closing deals Administration and bookkeeping of the transactions Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client best practice regulatory and statutory deadlines Calculate settlements amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees interest and principal repayments redemptions Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions As a global financial services provider Apex provides Agency services in a variety of jurisdictions Management of communications to be delivered to the borrowers and lenders and the different Loan Admin departments according to the financing Agreements Coordinate organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency Department Coordinate manage and register the communications and issues raised among borrowers lenders obligors and advisers of the Financing Execute the instructions to make payments on each payment date according to the financing Agreement Coordinate the agency duties with the Loan Agency Team and support the activity of the Loans Agency Team when required Support and training of more junior members of the Team Training and direct support to different jurisdictions in accordance with the established procedures Cooperate with IT team in developing in-house software Management and coordination of Syndicated Guarantees Facilities and Factoring Facilities Monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements Skills Required At least 6-8 years of experience in the banking financial legal advisory sector Experience in the Loan Deal closing is a plus Excellent work attitude quick and willing learner and proficient team player Experience in Syndicated Loan Administration ideally in agency management as well as in the review of financing contracts knowledge of LMA contracts calculations of loans settlements management of participations etc English is a must Excellent communication skills and professionalism Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly Ability to take initiative and multitasking Strong work ethic a proactive approach and can-do mindset Willingness to learn and get relevant experience in the syndicated loans sector Disclaimer Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position Apex operates a direct sourcing model and where agency assistance is required the Talent Acquisition team will engage directly with our exclusive recruitment partners
