Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive Direct Sales position, based in Asansol. The role involves identifying potential customers and promoting financial services and products, such as loans and insurance, within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining relationships with existing clients, acquiring new customers, and providing after-sales support. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and manage day-to-day sales activities effectively while closely collaborating with the local office team. Qualifications - Proven skills in communication, customer relationship management, and client engagement. - Experience in sales, business development, and negotiation strategies. - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions. - Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. - Self-motivation, problem-solving capabilities, and a results-driven mindset. - Experience in finance or a related industry is an advantage. - Knowledge of local markets and demographics in Asansol is beneficial. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
