Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT & Non-IT Hiring
Location: Baner, Pune
Work Mode: 5 Days | Work from Office
Experience Required: 4–8 years

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in IT or Non-IT hiring. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse sectors including Manufacturing, Education, Construction, and Renewables. You will be responsible for full-spectrum TA ownership and ramp-up execution across client mandates and functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions
Drive hiring for business enabler functions such as HR, Sales, and Finance
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Stable career trajectory with a consistent record of delivering results
Deadline-driven and detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities
Exposure to both IT and Non-IT domains preferred
Demonstrated ability to source and engage niche talent across levels
Curious, adaptable, and eager to expand domain expertise
