Urgent Hiring || Sales Executive || Pune

Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 1.5 to 5 Years

CTC : Between 20K to 35K (depend on the interview)

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi phase 2)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Call assigned fresh leads, explain project details, and convert them into site visits and sales.
- Visit potential clients and arrange customer visits at project sites.
- Understand customer requirements and present the most suitable project options.
- Handle client queries promptly via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Conduct professional presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close sales.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing regular updates and guidance.
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to execute sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into closures.
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and closures through CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Actively participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and property showcases.

Desired Skill Set:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and English (verbal & written).
- Experience in real estate calling, lead handling, and conversions.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRM software, and online marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
- Must have own vehicle for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
