Job Title :: L2/L3 Support Engineer (AS400) Location :: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid) Job Description: Top Skills: - AS400 - RPG/COBOL - SQL/DB2 - Exposure to .Net/Java Core / Must Have: - Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. - Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - High end reasoning and problem-solving skills. - Application monitoring tools - Dynatrace, IBM monitoring and ability to read logs. - Technical proficiency: Good understanding of AS400 operating system, RPG, Cobol, DB2, CL (Command Line); SQL skills. - Mid Technical proficiency: Good understanding of Windows operating system, .Net, Java, API, and SQL skills.
