Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Management Trainee-People & Culture located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations and employee relations, implementing people policies, and ensuring that HR management practices align with the company's goals. Day-to-day tasks will include but not limited to:

- Screening & recruiting candidates
- Assisting the Founder to formulate and execute cultural practices
- Employee onboarding & inductions
- Employee engagement
- Performance management
- Payroll management
- Office administration
- Handling employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner
- Curating learning & development programs

Qualifications

- Skills in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience with Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced environment
- Relevant experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
- Post Graduate/Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
