Job Description Hello All, Greetings from Tesslogs, We are Looking for a experienced Business Analyst with AI/Architect expertise to define and drive AI & Emerging Tech strategy for digital transformation. The role will partner with leadership, translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions, and ensure enterprise alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Define and operationalize AI & Emerging Technology strategy (ML, Generative AI, Cloud, Edge, APIs, Automation). - Conduct tech stack assessments (cloud modernization, data mesh, low-code) and their impact on delivery and workforce. - Translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases, define feasibility, and build AI use case backlog. - Plan capability transformation portfolio, covering tooling, automation, and human-AI interactions. - Design AI skill pathways for cross-functional teams (BAs, Testers, Designers, Change Agents). - Establish AI governance frameworks (model explainability, data stewardship, lifecycle). - Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align with standards, DevSecOps, and platforms. - Integrate LLMs, copilots, automation scripts into enterprise tools (ADO, ServiceNow, SAP). - Track market/vendor roadmaps (Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow) for AI adoption and build vs buy. Skills Required: - Deep expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, enterprise integration. - Strong knowledge of Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), Edge, API management, RPA, low-code. - Experience in portfolio rationalization, roadmaps, capability operating model design. - Familiar with TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe, ITIL. - Strong Business Analysis skills, ability to work with ambiguity and cross-functional teams. - Exposure to Quality Engineering or Experience Design is a plus.
