Omnicom Global Solutions India plays a key role for our group companies and global agencies by providing stellar products and services in the areas of Creative Services, Technology, Marketing Science, Media Services, Market Research and Business Support Services The SME Business Analysis will work with Client, Product and Engineering stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs. You will define requirements for business processes and ensure that they are well documented and refined for the Product and Engineering teams to implement. You will oversee the delivery of the functionality, ensuring the specifications are implemented according to the business requirements. You will also assist user acceptance of the product. Work Location - Bangalore Work Timings - 2PM - 11PM Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: - Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with key stakeholders - Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation - Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business requirements into software designs and specifications - Participate in and document decisions and outcomes of working meetings with Product Management, Software Engineers and other stakeholders - Define requirements by performing in-depth analysis as needed at the business, systems and data levels - Create relevant diagrams and documents to define and present solutions to the Software Engineering teams - Present and discuss proposed requirements, specifications and solutions to internal and external stakeholders - Assist with QA and UAT activities as needed to ensure the end product meets user’s requirements and expectations - Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems Qualifications: This may be the right role for you if you have. - Demonstrate 8+ years of enterprise business analysis experience - Strong document management skills including Information Architecture - Conduct technological analyses and research - Strong capabilities in the areas of critical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written documentation, teamwork, collaboration and ownership - Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy - Understanding of key engineering concepts and principles - Understanding of budgets and business-planning - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Capability to collaborate across the whole function - BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
