▷ Urgent Search: Senior Application Support Engineer

Job Description
You will:
- Lead and guide the L3 support teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses to user issues.
- Be the go-to expert for complex technical problemsespecially during high-priority incidents.
- Monitor application performance and resolve issues before they impact users.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and vendors to fix bugs and errors quickly.
- Analyze system logs, identify root causes, and ensure permanent fixes.
- Create clear documentation (how-to guides, SOPs, reports).
- Suggest and implement automation for faster, smarter support.
- Share expertise on Equity platforms, CRMs, and Lead Management Systems in the finance domain.
You have:
- 58 years of application support experience, with at least 2+ years in L3/senior roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills across applications, APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix).
- Solid knowledge of incident, change, and problem management in IT environments.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both tech & business teams.
- Flexibility for on-call support during urgent issues.
- Exposure to financial services/broking platforms (Trading Systems, CRMs, LMS).
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, and working with DevOps/release teams.
