Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive MIS

Location: Bangalore, India

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the position of Senior Executive MIS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Management Information System (MIS) functions, delivering accurate and timely reports, and performing insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting

* Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

* Ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting.

* Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

* Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the MIS framework.

2. Data Management & Process Improvement

* Develop and implement effective data management policies and procedures.

* Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices.

* Automate reporting processes to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.

3. Compliance & Audit Support

* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.

* Support both internal and external audits.

* Maintain thorough documentation and record-keeping for audit readiness.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather and analyze data.

* Provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.

5. Team Support & Training

* Provide guidance and training to team members on MIS tools and processes.

* Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.

6. Communication & Reporting

* Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.

* Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

* Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

* 01 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or a related role.

* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

* High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy.
