Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as an Assistant Manager – MIS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Management Information System (MIS) functions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. MIS Reporting

  2. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.

  3. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all financial data and MIS outputs.

  4. Conduct variance analysis and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

  5. Data Management

  6. Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.

  7. Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  8. Automate reporting processes to increase accuracy and productivity.

  9. Compliance & Audit Support

  10. Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and standard procedures.

  11. Support both internal and external audit requirements.

  12. Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.

  13. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  14. Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to collect and analyze data for decision-making purposes.

  15. Team Support & Training

  16. Provide guidance and training on MIS tools and processes to team members.

  17. Communication

  18. Deliver clear and concise reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

  19. Offer actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 0–1 year of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
