Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Document Writer and RFP Response Provider with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating technical documentation, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality documents that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating and managing technical documentation and RFP responses.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the Technology (Managed Services) industry.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
- Certification in Technical Writing or Proposal Management (e.g., CPTC, APMP).
