Position Title Senior Manager TL Department Sales Reports To Branch Manager Location Hyderabad Employment Type Full-time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Manager who can build an empire of revenue for an organization and for their own This full-time on-site position is essential for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and maintenance of strong client relationships In this role you will gain a deep understanding of client requirements and present tailored commercial real estate solutions Additionally you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies This is a leadership role focused on team management Requirements Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead and mentor the sales team fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Client Engagement Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions Client Management Establish and nurture relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements Performance Monitoring Track sales performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement Leadership Opportunities In this role you will also manage a team providing mentorship andleadership that fosters professional growth and drives collective success This is a chance to shape the team s approach to sales and client engagement creating a dynamic work environment focused on results Sales Strategy Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and client demands Negotiation Lead negotiations and close transactions ensuring sales goals are met while maintaining high client satisfaction Market Insights Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in Real Estate Sales preferable in Commercial Real Estate leasing Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation and communication abilities Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets Knowledge of the local commercial real estate market Excellent communication in English Hindi Preferred Candidate Profile Sales Performance Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Real Estate Sales Relationship Management Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships Market Insight Familiarity with the Hyderabad commercial real estate market is a plus Team Collaboration Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Self Sales has to be done at least for 3 years for a Manager Position Benefits Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowances and Attractive Incentives Medical Insurance Paid sick leaves All Sunday s Fixed off alternate Saturdays off 2nd 4th Saturday Career growth opportunities
