Job Title: Sales Accounts Manager (IC Role)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid: WFO & WFH)

Salary Range: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in digital service selling, SaaS sales, or B2B sales

Probation Period: 60 Days

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Sales Accounts Manager (Individual Contributor Role) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing sales, SaaS solutions, or B2B services, and a proven ability to generate and close leads.

This IC role requires a self-driven professional who can take complete ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure - while coordinating with internal teams for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and generate B2B leads through various channels
- Pitch and sell digital marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and more
- Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide basic onboarding, demos, and training to new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, creative) to ensure seamless client delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends to align sales strategies effectively

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing sales, SaaS, or B2B service sales
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
- Prior experience in a digital agency or marketing service environment is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
